Small differences in color, texture, or dimensions are normal and make each piece unique. -
Orders are usually ready and shipped within 10–14 business days after order confirmation.

Yes. We deliver across Poland and other European countries.

Shipping costs are calculated individually and shown in the shopping cart before checkout.

Standard products can be returned within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU regulations.

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Poland: EUR 70–100 per product
Other European countries: EUR 150–400 per product

Yes. All products are covered by a 2-year statutory warranty under Polish law.
