The store operates in accordance with applicable Polish and European Union law.
§2. Products and Handcrafted Nature
The store offers custom-made furniture, produced individually to order.
Due to the handcrafted production process, slight differences in:
color shades,
dimensions,
texture of materials
may occur and do not constitute a defect.
Product photos are for reference only and may differ slightly from the final product.
§3. Orders and Conclusion of the Contract
Orders are placed via the online store website.
The sales contract is concluded at the moment the customer receives an order confirmation e-mail from the store.
The store reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in justified cases, including technical errors or incorrect pricing.
§4. Prices and Payments
All prices are shown in the store and include applicable taxes.

Payment confirmation is required before order processing begins.
§5. Delivery and Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped within 10–14 business days from order confirmation.
Shipping costs are clearly shown in the shopping cart before checkout.
The store is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs procedures, weather conditions, strikes, or other events beyond the store’s control (force majeure).
§6. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason.
Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, customers must contact mebleplaza@gmail.com to receive return instructions.
Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
Estimated return costs:
Poland: EUR 70–100 per product
Other European countries: EUR 150–400 per product
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
custom-made or personalized products,
goods made according to customer specifications,
perishable goods,
opened audio or video recordings.
§7. Warranty and Liability
The store is liable for physical defects under the Polish Civil Code (statutory warranty).
The statutory warranty period is 2 years from the purchase date.
Any additional warranty is voluntary and specified in the warranty card included with the product.
Normal wear and tear, natural material aging, and variations resulting from handcrafted production are not considered defects.

Complaints are reviewed within 14 days of receipt.
